What to match
Confirm the RERA ID, project name, promoter, and registered towers. If a listing shows a number that does not open on the state portal, treat it as unverified.
Ready-to-move resale
Resale apartments may still sit in a RERA-registered project. Ask for the original allotment, society NOC path, and any pending dues. BuyMakaan listings that include a RERA block should be cross-checked, not assumed complete.
Plots and builder floors
Independent floors and plotted colonies have mixed coverage. Title, layout plan, and local authority approvals matter as much as a RERA QR code on a hoarding.
