What we collect
When you search, save a listing, or send an enquiry, we collect the name and phone number you verify, plus the listing or project you asked about. We also store a short guest session so saved homes can merge after you sign in.
How we use it
We use this information to show search results, pass enquiries to listing contacts, keep you signed in on this device, and improve how listings are ranked. We do not sell your phone number.
Who sees an enquiry
A request for a callback or site visit is sent to the organisation or owner behind that listing. Platform staff may see it when supporting a dispute or a report.
Retention
Buyer session data on this device lasts until you sign out or it expires. Enquiry records are kept as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal duties.
Cookies & similar technologies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and secure the site. If you allow analytics in Cookie preferences (footer), we set a short-lived session cookie to count visits and send anonymous usage events so we can improve search and listings. You can withdraw analytics consent anytime from Cookie preferences in the footer.
